The BZA reviews appeals of zoning decisions, considers variances and special exceptions, and interprets zoning regulations to ensure fair and consistent application of the Town’s zoning laws.  Meetings are held on an as-needed basis but must meet at least once a quarter at Town Hall at 6:00pm.
