Mission
The mission of the Grants Committee is to pursue grant funding from government sources and private foundations.  Criteria for pursuit will be funding projects that benefit stakeholders in the Corporation of Shepherdstown as well as support the vision of the Town's Comprehensive Plan as outlined in its "Vision for the Future."  Projects to be funded through this Committee will be selected based upon the following:  (1) urgency and public need for the project; (2) capacity of the Committee and its partners; and (3) approval by Town Council.
