The Planning Commission oversees matters related to Shepherdstown’s physical development, including review and assessment of proposals for new structures and updates to existing ones, review of proposed large-scale developments, and amendments to the Town’s Zoning Ordinances. The Commission assists with long-range visioning for the development of the town. Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00pm at the Town Hall.
