Candidates who wish to withdraw from the Shepherdstown municipal election must complete and file a Notice of Withdrawal of Candidacy form with the Town Clerk’s office no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026. If a withdrawal is filed after the applicable deadline, the candidate’s name remains on the ballot.
