The Town of Shepherdstown is issuing a request for proposals (RFP)  from qualified firms to provide recodification of the Town Charter and ordinances, online hosting, and ongoing maintenance services.

Bidders must demonstrate experience in municipal codification and provide references from similar projects, particularly within West Virginia, Virginia, or Maryland.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 21, 2025.
