The Town has identified an error in the internal water-billing system that is incorrectly displaying a February 1 due date for some customers who view their accounts digitally.

Please note that the February water bill is due on February 20, consistent with the regular monthly billing schedule. There is no change to the due date.

Town staff are working to correct the system error as quickly as possible. It may take a day or two due to the billing service being closed on the weekend.
