The Town of Shepherdstown is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from individuals or firms interested in assisting the Town with the development and implementation of a long-term grant funding strategy.
The selected individual or firm will provide support to the Town in establishing an internal program for identifying grant opportunities, developing annual grant-seeking plans tied to Town priorities, and preparing grant applications. The position is anticipated to operate on a part-time contractual basis.
Town officials noted that the goal is to identify an experienced grant writing professional or firm capable of helping Shepherdstown build a durable and strategic grant-seeking program from the ground up while supporting future community and infrastructure initiatives.
