May 20–May 30: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Saturday Early Voting Hours:
May 23 and May 30: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

— ABSENTEE VOTING:
 
All eligible voters—including regular, overseas, and military voters—may request an absentee ballot in the mail by May 27, 2026.

Absentee ballots will be mailed to those who request one between April 17 and May 27. Completed ballots may be hand-delivered to Town Hall through June 1 (104 North King Street, Shepherdstown)

— Mailed absentee ballots will be accepted:

• By June 3 if received without a postmark 
• By June 8 if postmarked on Election Day
