The Town of Shepherdstown has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for individuals or firms interested in providing project coordination and technical expertise for the Town as it examines options for the purchase and future use/redevelopment of the former Shepherdstown Elementary School property.

The deadline for submission of responses to the RFQ is October 21, 2026.
