The Town of Shepherdstown invites sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) new, unused rear-loading refuse collection truck, including chassis and body, in accordance with Town specifications.

Bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on November 20, 2026, at Shepherdstown Town Hall, 104 North King Street, Shepherdstown, WV. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town, subject to available funds and required approvals.
