Greetings: As many of you might know, “Age-Friendly Shepherdstown” is a Town Council committee focused on ways to make our Town more “livable” for people of all ages and abilities. The “Age-Friendly Advisory Board” at Shepherd University has a parallel mission for the University. One area of mutual, overlapping interest is seeking ways to improve transportation options in and around the community. Please see the message below from Committee Chair Linda Spatig concerning a possible new effort in this regard and click on the provided link to complete the survey. The link will also be available on the Town website.
Thanks so much!

Greetings, Shepherdstown Area folks -
The Age-Friendly University Advisory Board at Shepherd, the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority (EPTA), and the Age-Friendly Shepherdstown Town Council Committee are exploring the possibility of a collaborative effort to increase public transportation options for those in the greater Shepherdstown area.
We have developed an online survey to find out what the likely community usage of an EPTA shuttle bus would be. Please help us by using the link below and completing a short online survey.
You may receive this link from several sources. Please only complete the survey one time. If you prefer to use a pencil/paper version of the survey, please contact Town Council Committee Chair Linda Spatig at spatig@marshall.edu.
Thanks in advance for your help.
