The Corporation of Shepherdstown  is soliciting Qualification and Price Proposals from firms interested in providing ERP Financial Software. Submissions will be evaluated based on responsiveness, qualifications, and overall value. The Town reserves the right to interview candidates and to select the firm offering the most beneficial solution.

Four (4) hard copies must be submitted in a sealed, clearly marked envelope labeled “Financial Software” and delivered to the Town Office Receptionist, 104 N. King St., Shepherdstown, WV 25443, no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 9, 2025. Late or incomplete submissions may be disqualified.

Proposals will be publicly opened at 6:30 p.m. on June 11, 2025, in the Town Meeting Room at the same address.
