Concerns about Upkeep – to file a complaint about the exterior of neighborhood property.

Employment Application Form – to file for an open position with the Town.
Event Banner Request Form – complete this if you would like to have the Town hang banners for your organization.
House Watch – file this with police so they will monitor your home while you are away.
No Trespassing – to put someone on notice and file with police.
Tree Commission Request Form – file this to request tree work that needs to be done on the trees on Town property.
Volunteer Opportunities – complete this form if you are interested in serving on any Board, Commission, or Committee.
Special Events – complete this form if you're interested in organizing an assembly, demonstration, special event, or parade.

UTILITIES

Connect Utilities Service – this form is used to initiate water and other utilities.
Disconnect Utilities Service – this form is used to give prior notice to turn off water and all utilities.
Leak Adjustment – in the event of unusual usage water that requires a repair, use this form to ask for reimbursement on your utilities bill.
New Utilities Service – This application is for water and/or sewer hookup on new construction. Please contact us for more information.
Extend Water and Sewer Mains – This application is to get permission to extend the water and/or sewer main to one of more properties. Please contact us for more information.

PROPERTY PERMITS

Project Permit – to be filed for projects involving the construction of or addition to structures within Town limits.
HLC’S Application for Certificate of Appropriateness – to be filed for modifications to structures within the Historic District.
Extension of Project Permit – to be filed if work has begun but will not be completed within the time limit of one year.
Fence Permit – to be filed for the construction of parameter and/or screening fences.
Change of Use Application – to be filed for change of use of the premise.
Board of Appeals Hearing Request – to ask for exception or appeal a decision of the Planning Commission.

FOR BUSINESSES

Business License Application – should be filed when starting a new business in town.
Business License Renewal – file this when renewing your business license.
Application for Public Sidewalk Dining – filed for approval to serve alcohol on a public sidewalk.
Application for Sign Permit – to get approval for signage.

PARKING
Residential Parking Permit Application – an application to receive parking permit and guest passes.
Tenant Parking Permit – register your car to receive a permit.
Landlord Validation – landlord needs to validate rental tenants as part of their Tenant Parking Permit.
Business Parking Permit – an application for hanging tags for owners and employees of town businesses.
Non-profit Parking Permit – application for hanging tag for owners and employees of non-profits.
